Customization: Frequently Asked Questions

Logo, deadlines, files, colors, complete packaging, custom fragrance: everything we need to know before customizing.

What is the minimum number of oshibori required to print a logo?

Minimum order of 50 oshibori(one box) per packaging color. Upload your logo right here, approve the preview, and order online. All questions.

How long does it take to get a custom oshibori?

Production time based on quantity: 2 to 7 days for 50 to 300 oshibori, 7 to 10 days for 300 to 1,000, 15 days for 1,000 to 5,000, and 20 days for quantities exceeding that. 48-Hour Express: +€0.20 (excl. tax) per oshibori (handling fees, priority production); shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Express lead times: 48 hours for 50 to 1,000 oshibori, 7 days for 1,000 to 5,000, and 10 days for orders over 5,000. Then allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery within mainland France; the product page displays the estimated date. The lead time begins upon payment. For a summer event, place your order one month in advance.

What file format is required for the logo?

An SVG (vector) logo or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, no larger than 10 MB. The online tool does not accept AI, EPS, or PDF files: please export your logo as an SVG or PNG. Logos with very fine lines do not print as well on black packaging; a simplified version yields the best results.

What is the maximum size of the logo?

The print area is 16 × 85 mm on the 15-gram oshibori. The logo is placed at the outer edge of this area; adding text or a website URL will reduce the size of the logo.

Can the logo be printed in color?

On white or gold packaging: Yes, in the color of your choice (hex code from your brand guidelines), including gold. On black packaging: White printing only.

What packaging colors are possible with a logo?

White (white tea), black (white tea), and gold (orange blossom), in 15-gram packages. For a different color, you must order the full packaging set for a minimum of 18,000 oshibori.

What is full customization?

Packaging fully customized to your brand: colors, text, languages, and your choice of fragrance from our collection, with a customized back design. Minimum order of 18,000 oshibori per design and per color; lead time of 12 to 14 weeks; mockup and pre-production run required before mass production. Request a quote.

Can we have our own perfume?

Yes, starting at 100,000 oshibori. We’ll develop your signature scent with our perfumer over the course of about 12 months: brief, testing, approval, and then production. Exclusive formula; dermatologically tested lotion.

How does the approval process for the visual work?

Online, you confirm the preview in the customizer before adding the item to your cart: the logo's position, orientation, and size are adjusted at that point.

Will my logo be saved for future orders?

Yes. Your logo and settings remain saved: from your customer account, clicking “Repurchase this order” will refill the shopping cart exactly as it was.

Can we customize the 6-gram item or the towel itself?

The 6-gram option can be customized with full packaging for orders of 30,000 oshibori or more. The towel remains white and 100% cotton; only the packaging is customized (custom-made towels are available for orders of 500,000 or more).

How much does a personalized oshibori cost?

With a printed logo, prices range from €2.19 to €1.70 (excluding tax) per oshibori, depending on quantity; volume discounts are automatically applied in the shopping cart. Complete packaging and custom scents are priced upon request. Order a sample.
