What is the minimum order amount?

One carton contains 50 oshibori weighing 15 and 10 grams, and 100 weighing 6 grams. Orders must be placed in multiples of one carton, and prices (excluding tax) automatically decrease in tiers starting at 300 oshibori.

Are the prices before or after tax?

All prices on the website are listed exclusive of tax. VAT is calculated at checkout. Companies in the European Union (excluding France) that are subject to VAT may enter their intra-Community VAT number to receive an exemption.

What are the delivery times?

Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of payment: delivery in France within 3 business days, and within a maximum of 6 business days internationally. Semi-customization with your logo takes, after approval of the design, 2 to 7 days for up to 300 units, 7 to 10 days for up to 1,000, 15 days for up to 5,000, and 20 days for quantities exceeding that.

What is the shelf life?

The expiration date is listed on each product page and on the packaging. Oshibori have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Can we get a sample?

Yes. The sample pack includes our product lines and finishes and is delivered within 48 hours. You can order it directly on the website using a credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
